Fares are higher business standards are low...Ola lost its credibility..
As I am not happy with Ola but still taken out my precious time to write a review as I use to be one on the regular customer and loyal user of the service...when Ola started in India, was happy that we have got transportation with easy access and economical way to travel regularly. When Uber came in I was reluctant to use it while getting good service from Ola.
Suddenly there use to be high surge prices without any justification way too inconsiderate, unprofessional drivers, no response to on board issues, bad quality cars, ride cancellations, no customer interaction centre only automated responses..it’s was the time
Ola lost his connect with there customers not bothering what they are facing and I believe it happens with startups when there’s a gap for “customer first” vision.
As I have switched to Uber, they have certain challenges too but few pros are making me stick to it for a while now..
I don’t know what chances my review has to reach to Ola team, but they can make a come back if they believe in sustainability of business..

Driver asked for extra money
Don't even want to review this arrogant, rude, & unprofessional driver, who took bribe from us. But, have to write this review, in order to make the Ola management aware of this incident, which happened with us. ola always dissatisfy us, whose drivers are not even trained how to talk with passangers. the driver for our ride told us at the time of pickup that, he will take extra 100rs charges. we told him, that we will pay him the amount as per the final invoice from Ola at the end of ride. But, he didn't understand that & was arguing rudely with us & as we were running short of time, so didn't argue much with him. At the end of the ride, we paid him the amount as per the Ola invoice, but he came out of the car & started fighting with us asking for extra 100 rs. We denied giving him extra 100 rs, as it was never mentioned in the Ola booking, that the driver will charge extra amount. He started threatening us for paying extra. Because we were running short of time, after arguing with him for a minute, we paid him extra. But, on the whole this was a really pathetic experience with Ola. Had never expected this kind of service from a renowned app like Ola. This was at last he came out of the car to argue with us even tried to beat us. Ola really need to upgrade and educate their drivers. totally dissatisfied and will tell hundred more people not to use ola.
Harassing the female customer
Ola driver cancel your ride all the time. Then ola will charge you without telling you from you ola wallet. Once i needed to go to some place urgently after booking a ride from ola app, I received a call from ola executive that I should go for ola postpaid, i replied i dont need postpaid. After i reached my destination old people charged me twice( i always pay online rather than by cash) . Also a week later i got to know ola has started a postpaid service on my number. I mailed them about post paid and charging me twice for a single ride but no reply. Then i called customer care and he said “ even if you cancel postpaid, and dont use the service, you will be charged for a whole month and only after i give then money then only i wil be able to use the ola prepaid services, after that till now ola has repeatedly called me , sent me messages from unknown numbers and didnot return my money which they charged twice from a single ride. Today after getting harassed for so long and for my own peace of mind i had to pay charged for the services i havenot used and also to unlock my own money which in ola wallet. I have also used uber for my rides never for single time i have been harassed or charged extra or forced their services on me. Please be aware of the company ola.
