I am logged in on the app as the peraon icon on top shows my name but the pages ask me to login or sign up. For some reason user shows blocked on website. The certification was completed twice but i got no certificate. I think focussing on the app functionality will help the brand a lot in future

I’ve ordered a supplement from Olime and One of his employee told me that it is prepaid product. You’ve to pay before order and I paid him. It’s been 4 months he didn’t deliver it to me. Regarding this problem I submit a mail to company support and they’re not replying to that mail as well. This is very frustrating experience, I’ve ever have been. If you guys really care about your customers then reply to this review and take all of your scammer employee details. Tell him to send me my money back and say sorry.

The features and the concept is great ! But you need to work on the app. The examination for supplement expert has questions where none of the options are right. One can never get a gold badge because of this. Then the create diet plan and workout plan feature doesn’t work properly. Sharing the plans option doesn’t work. Lot of times the app doesn’t respond at all. Other times it runs slow. The paytm link for commission payout doesn’t work.
