Getting my best sleep lately

I usually work late hours and I have a tough time. Falling asleep. Olo has really helped me to fall asleep faster and better. Most wellness apps are like a task on my to do list but Olo is easy. I just open the app. Listen to the sound journey and fall asleep. I have been using it every single day for the past one week and it has really change the way I sleep.

I have been using Olo 3-4 times a day every day for the last 2 weeks.
