Hello everyone, so this platform is truly a vague platform for trading better use other platforms for trading, i made a deposit on 15-sep-2024, first they asked me to wait 24 hrs as the payment mode was Upi. Then I contacted again and they said wait for 5 days as they have submiited it to finance department then no replies. Until i texted them again they replied asking me my bank statements, on providing bank statements its been 27 sep today and still there is no postive response. I have no idea why this application has delay in just checking the source of payment with UtR. I have provided them with screenshots of payment and bank statements with no refund but still there team is lazy af to understand the issue. I made another deposit thinking the money will be back and I shouldn’t lose on trading, this transaction was on 26-sep-2024. Again they did the same thing. Even after mailing and now 24 hrs has passed. No response from team for my 15 sep deposit and 26 sep deposit, i would suggest everyone to stay away from this untruthful company. There services is working with 10 ago standards.

Hello everyone, it’s a humble request to all of you please don’t deposit or trade in olymtrade rather go to binomo or any other exchange as Olymtrade is the biggest SCAM, I made a deposit in Olymtrade but that deposit was not showing on my account so I contacted the customer service their responses where very vague and late ( will reply you after 48hours) first they told me to wait 7 days but still it was not showing in my account, then I again contacted them this time they told me to submit a transaction details and bank statements, I did that as well. Then they again told me to wait 7 days for the refund. It’s been more than a month now and I didn’t receive any positive response from them. In short I just want you guys to be aware of how they are scamming people in the name of deposit
