Oman Taxi: Otaxi 4+

Very convenient app👏🏼👏🏼

I must say one of the best taxi apps i have used across GCC. It is nice and very convenient to use. Also, compared to other taxi apps in Oman it is the cheapest and the drivers are very friendly. My life in Muscat is much easier with this taxi app. I would recommend everyone to try the app.

Unprofessional, rude & humiliating driver asking for Cash payment

I always take an Otaxi and pay with a credit card on the Otaxi App because it is the most convenient and hassle-free option.

When the last driver demanded cash payment, he was rude and humiliating, claiming that the company (Otaxi) does not pay him on time if payment is made by card. He asked why I used a credit card to pay for this reservation, and he told me it was a bad decision because it would be difficult for him to receive money from the company.

I had a bad experience with the previous driver, who was very unprofessional, and I recommend that company takes strict action and train its drivers to be more professional and polite with the customers.

That is completely unacceptable.

Cancel Option not working

Application is very good and have very nice fare system and most of the drivers are ver nice. Only problem is I can not cancel the request even if the driver is not assigned, application keeps spinning and saying please wait even if I close and reopen it goes back to request driver page. Please fix the cancel system in the application.
