With 'OTaxi' you can see the car’s dispatch time, the driver’s route, and the car’s current location as an icon on the map in real time. You will know exactly when the driver will arrive as well as the time to destination.

Feel safe every time you ride

Learn more about your driver before the ride. Check out the driver’s name and rating, as well as the car number and color.
You can call your driver or send a message via chat, using any language you’re comfortable with - it will be translated automatically.

Very convenient app👏🏼👏🏼

I must say one of the best taxi apps i have used across GCC. It is nice and very convenient to use. Also, compared to other taxi apps in Oman it is the cheapest and the drivers are very friendly. My life in Muscat is much easier with this taxi app. I would recommend everyone to try the app.

New Update is very Bad

Old application was complete and very good Map wise.

This new update application having many errors. It is more slower than previous app. Also it is not showing real time update. Also, Map is ridiculous in this new update. Please fix all the issues because literally irritating development in new update.

We want old version only. Give us back old previous version only. When this new development will be completed bring it and do not experiment the same on us. We are not here for your experiment.

Unprofessional, rude & humiliating driver asking for Cash payment

I always take an Otaxi and pay with a credit card on the Otaxi App because it is the most convenient and hassle-free option.

When the last driver demanded cash payment, he was rude and humiliating, claiming that the company (Otaxi) does not pay him on time if payment is made by card. He asked why I used a credit card to pay for this reservation, and he told me it was a bad decision because it would be difficult for him to receive money from the company.

I had a bad experience with the previous driver, who was very unprofessional, and I recommend that company takes strict action and train its drivers to be more professional and polite with the customers.

That is completely unacceptable.
