It was really helpful and reliable for our Italian rail bookings, it's really savior, otherwise I was struggling to find a reliable website as you have to use the credit card.
But it didn't give me information about Bernina or any trains on Swiss side
Wrong information, bad customer service
The site gives wrong info regarding the train timings and platforms, almost missed my train due to that. Customer service is non existant. My ferry was cancelled due to bad weather but there was no update on the app. Also its almost impossible to get a refund through the app, while those with tickets bought directly from the company websites got a refund on spot while I have been chatting with a bot for last three days….

Never book with Omio. No customer support
These fellows ruined our entire Vacation in Europe.
I had booked a bus via Omio from Nice to Barcelona. They sent a vague departure address. I went there on the day before the journey to make sure the right address and saw a plain road in the address that they gave. Tensed if I would catch the bus at the right spot, I tried calling them, no response, so I emailed them, but absolute no response. Then, I used there online submission form to get their response as specified in their app, no response from any source.
In the end, me and my family ran around place to place carrying our full luggage successfully getting no information where the hell bus arrives.
I will never use this useless app to book any ticket. Two middle fingers for their worst service.
