Worst all. Doesn't even show buses

Yet another extremely poor performance shown by government platform. It doesn't even show busses on the designated route. They are always zero in number. God knows why government made this app. Total waste of time. Why don't they develop proper Sop for launching an app. They should do some UAT before launching the app. I believe that part was skipped by them. What does the government do of taxes which we pay every year. They just use it to filling their pockets.

My ticket wasn't booked, but the money was deducted, and I haven't received a refund.

My ticket wasn't booked, but the money was deducted, and I haven't received a refund. 10 days have passed, and I haven't received any help. There's no option to file a complaint anywhere, and the bus conductor isn't helping either. Using this app is just a waste of money. If your ticket isn't booked, you won't get a refund, and nobody will listen to your complaint!

I personally feel this app is worth downloading and using to buy Delhi bus tickets specifically when you don’t carry cash with you! It also helps to avoid rush of buying tickets near the conductor seats 💺. Just find a seat and enjoy the journey ✌️

In IOS there is problem in get current route when i put bus no. They even don’t get current route even i try to fill route it can’t show the route and there is also problem in payment time so I request to backend developer team please take action on that so that customer satisfied and it help full for customer.
