When i saw some reviews on google i thought it was a mistake that i bought insurance from them . but when i iniate the claim and service they delivered was amazing i was surprised that even customer care picked up my call less than in 2sec and their application ther backend support was beyond my thingking seriously , iam so happy that i bought insurance from there and will definetly gonna by insurance from them and gonna recommend this to each and every single member of family and friends and moreover there service is too fast they delivered my ohone with in 48 hours which is quite impressive and once again Thank You so much ONE ASSIST team 😊

It’s a big scam to cheat

I am not a first time customer to buy their service, but first time request for claim out our multiple phones. One thing their agents will never tell you that you have to pay 10% of your invoice amount as convenience charge for making a claim (instead it will be mentioned you will not be incurring charged blah - blah - blah) and since you are buying expensive iPhones u will immediately buy 1 (I was wrong all these years) While registering the phones we provide all information of the phone, invoice etc. But need to provide invoice again while uploading claim which may take time to find beyond 48hrs if it’s not the first year of your phone If the incident involves internal damage to your speaker / earphone which you don’t realise immediately and want to report it with incident, it will not be considered and claim will be rejected (solution to that don’t give them actual date, am sure they will have something else to that also) Customer care guys while uploading information in their guidance will not inform you of rules but yes it claim has to be rejected they will find even 1 hour delay in the process I will not recommend anyone to take their services unless you know you are a very rough user whose damage can be of beyond 25k at any time coz you spend 6k approx insurance amount + 6.5k to 14k convenience fee (depending on your phone) if you total this it is as good as paying iPhone to repair your phone Don’t buy, don’t buy, don’t buy

Fraud company

At the time activating plan they will call you a plenty of times, in service point of you there is no use, waste of money don't spent your valuable money on this, at the time of activating plan they will convenes you to at cost after a single call you didn't get about any offer it is a worst company if you get any call from oneassist simple decline it don't answer to the call, once you active the plan after the year they simply renew your plan without informing you this is a one of big fraud this company was doing who will giving authority to debate valuable money to debate if you take any loan outside at least they ask to sign in ECS forms to do auto debate through in accounts, if we ask about our refund they will say we already inform you by mail who will check the mail regularly if you debating a valuable money of some one you need to call to conform the payments, here a single term and conditions will not be explain to the customers they simple debate amounts to our accounts, this company was talking about frauds it self it is one of a frauds company i am victim of this, i Requesting you to all don't accept any offers from oneassist if you do they simply renew their plan without informing you and this will done years & years & years...... you don't have an idea to where you valuable money was going
