Fraud company

At the time activating plan they will call you a plenty of times, in service point of you there is no use, waste of money don't spent your valuable money on this, at the time of activating plan they will convenes you to at cost after a single call you didn't get about any offer it is a worst company if you get any call from oneassist simple decline it don't answer to the call, once you active the plan after the year they simply renew your plan without informing you this is a one of big fraud this company was doing who will giving authority to debate valuable money to debate if you take any loan outside at least they ask to sign in ECS forms to do auto debate through in accounts, if we ask about our refund they will say we already inform you by mail who will check the mail regularly if you debating a valuable money of some one you need to call to conform the payments, here a single term and conditions will not be explain to the customers they simple debate amounts to our accounts, this company was talking about frauds it self it is one of a frauds company i am victim of this, i Requesting you to all don't accept any offers from oneassist if you do they simply renew their plan without informing you and this will done years & years & years...... you don't have an idea to where you valuable money was going

Claim process i phone

Please don’t buy and insurance with one assist, the have worst service i have ever seen and if the cannot process claim fast for even i phone than they cannot do any thing now its almost one month but i have not yet received any update and for payment of claim the will harass you the whole day and after you pay the the amount the will never call you or hung up on you and you can never contact them at all please do not buy at all you will regret for sure.
After your payment has done then also the will call you to do the payment because they don’t have any data that payment has been done. It was all my request that i need my phone before Diwali but this company ruined it today someone called me and told me that it will take 8 working days to repair, so its almost one month + 8 working days to repair after that i don’t know i think may be more 1 month to deliver so before 2 months you will not get your phone back. They are charging us for insurance and waste almost 2 months of us you will be frustrated and the craze of your phone will be over and one day you will also write a review like me that the truth.
What a waste.

WORST! Don’t buy it! It’s terrible

Firstly, if you show interest. They will call you 50 times a day. Even though u have told them you are busy and have asked them to call at a specific time. Then they will harass you to make the payment. Keep calling to check if you have. Once it’s done. They abruptly cut the call. & you can never get in touch with them post that. For the claims. It’s one out of 20 probably in the case of iPhones. They will do brilliant service for one iPhone. Otherwise forget about your phone. They don’t even give it back. Secondly, while purchasing the product. They give you a guarantee replacement / repaired phone WITHIN 12 days.
When u are about to make the payment. It conveniently becomes 15 days.
And as soon as you’re done with the payment. It becomes 30 days! Absolutely garbage. I have bought Times global insurance which is well renowned. Cheaper. And Best service. They even help you when you’re abroad. For example I got my screen damaged in London. They replaced it within a fortnight. Just had to pay the service fee which was nominal. DO NOT BUY ONE ASSIST
