One Co-branded Credit Card Banking Partners & Eligibility Criteria

One Co-branded Credit Card is offered by multiple banks i.e. South Indian Bank (SIB), Federal Bank, BOBCARD, CSB Bank, Indian Bank, and SBM (State Bank of Mauritius) in partnership with OneConsumer Services Pvt. Ltd.

You must be 18+ years old and an Indian resident to be eligible for One Co-branded Credit Card. The approval is subject to your credit score and the issuing bank partner’s eligibility criteria.

Interest & Other Charges

Interest-free period - up to 48 days
The interest rate on unpaid dues - 3.75% p.m.
Over limit charges - 2.5% (min Rs. 500)
EMI Processing fee - 1% (min 99)
EMI Foreclosure fee - 3% (min 99)

Cleanest App Ever

This is by far the cleanest banking/credit card app that I have used so far. UI looks so nice and neat. There are so many options which are well segregated and easy to navigate. All the details about your account are available in the app. Coming to the application process, it took a day to fetch my credit score due to technical issues. Next day it was completed. Couple of days later I got an SMS stating that they are not able to provide me the credit card at this point of time:( 2 days later I got an email saying that my card is approved and I can finish the application process. I did it on the app. Physical KYC was completed the next day and digital card was available on the app next day. Credit limit was at par with other credit cards that I have from banks:). Metal card was delivered within 2 days. Card looks premium. Overall a wonderful experience. Hope this continues and the Team working behind gets better and better to ensure best customer experience. Thank you for a hassle free experience.

Threatening and Misbehaviour

It was first month I’ve started using one card and I need to pay my card bill in the very next month! But unfortunately I’m delayed with my payment with around two weeks due to some financial problems but eventually I’m ready to pay the bill as soon as possible with the interest and charges they have applied as a late payment! But all this company is doing is harassing and irritating with me with 30+ calls a day and continue messages on phone, WhatsApp and email and threatening of sending my cibil to financial institutions so that they can prove me defaulter and threatening me to call my family members and relatives if I’ll not answer them but I’m already replying them on WhatsApp because they are not kind enough on a calls! Then on WhatsApp they were continuously messaging me by putting police officers DP or some strangers Dp looking like Vasooli bhai from Golmaal ! Lol it’s my question why can’t you wait for some time after you’ve already applied 1400 charges? Threatening to send me a legal notice like this is how you treat your customer if they are late by a week or two? It’s clear and harrasment and threatening behaviour by this company! As soon as I’m able to pay the whole amount I’m definitely closing my card for sure!

Address change option required

Just given 5 star rating to get myself highlighted here so my concern will be addressed properly. While doing process I have given office address instead of current address and after that I was suppose to give address proof so trying to change the address but I’m not getting option for that. Raised many tickets and just got reply saying “ we regret to inform you that as per our internal policies, there is no facility to change your address information “. How can an app doesn’t have option to correct an customer mistake which done unintentionally. On top of this sending me continuous messages about preapproved offer on one card don’t know when your not able to solve my problem, what I can do with your offer. Need ur utmost importance and prior resolution on this but not looking for same reply as above mentioned and don’t say drop a mail which doesn’t worked out anytime till now.

Hi Raj, would like to mention here that the address once registered cannot be changed as this is a financial product and the registered address will be used for KYC purposes. You can only proceed with the details entered by you at the time of registration and you will have to provide the proof for the same. Request your understanding here. Thanks! - Ahi
