OneCard is a credit card offered by FPL Technologies in partnership with IDFC FIRST Bank. The interest rates are among the lowest in the industry and will be determined as per your credit profile and our risk assessment.

You must be over 18 years of age and an Indian resident to be eligible for OneCard. OneCard is currently available on an invite-only basis, and approval is based on bureau and internal credit guidelines. OneCard is currently supported only on iPhone.

Nice UI but some key features missing

The App is easy to use and has a minimalist look which is nice on the eyes. However some things would help better the experience. For example
1. Have an option to show spend by category. (Not points but spend as it took a few emails to clarify this to the support team but still didn’t get a satisfactory response). This is a basic feature in this day and age where I want to know where do I spend the most. This should be easy and be shown in a Pie chart or something.

2. The chat option really needs to be improved as some of the options just loop back with no way to move forward. Either have an option call back (and don’t make me search the internet to get your call centre number. There should be an option to cal directly fro app) or register a ticket. For example a transaction that shows up on the app but at the merchant shows declined, while using the App ends with two options call or raise a ticket. Call feature doesn’t work and raise a ticket asks me for the merchant terminal no. Do you expect people who are facing these issues to standby at the merchant and use the chat option to fix it then and there ?

Please think of App usage from a end user perspective ans not a developer.

Lacks small refinements

Overall I really like the app for it’s simplicity and ease of use, but there are small inconsistencies in relation to the platform and the features.
Ios has the right swipe to go back, it apparently doesn’t work inside your app. I have the habit of right swiping but then I realise it doesn’t work inside your app and I’ve to reach the top left corner every time. This leads to a bad overall experience due to the UX.
I had the option to refer my friends inside the app the first time. It’s not there anymore, again an inconsistency.
Your terms say that an increase in limit could be requested from inside the app. I haven’t been able to find it yet.

Look after these small things, the app just needs a little bit of polishing and refinement. Otherwise it’s quite enjoyable to use.

Doesn’t move beyond registration

Update: Bug is now fixed. Thanks Vani for the assistance and Dev team for quick updates. Waiting in reserved card queue now.

I have already completed all the prerequisites and I have been shown the limit I’m about to get. When I click on “Reserve my OneCard”, I get a “Error in service” error. This is a terrible first impression for a credit card that calls itself mobile first. Already submitted a ticket for help on the official email - waiting for a reply.
