Great service
I am a huge fan of Onsitego's service. It is so easy and convenient! I highly recommend their warranty plan as well, because it really does help out if anything were to happen with your covered electronics, plus they have great customer support that will be able to assist you right away without much hassle at all (even during weekends!). Plus Gmail/Chat options are available for support which makes life easier too.

Service needs to improve a lot
Its been 2 days since I raised a request for AC service and not even once the engineer called to servicing. I then raised a service request for the same and they will close the request stating the person will attend today and close the request. There is no option to close the request that the engineer has not responded and has very basic options available
Also on the previous request the service engineer replaced a sensor in the AC and it is mentioned in the website that it has 90 days warranty. But there is no option to see what part was replaced and in the app how many more days the warranty is valid.

Never trust their spare part quality
I had trusted Onsitego for the repair and maintenance of my appliances getting great feedback from online and peer groups about their service. Their engineer repaired my geyser with an over-priced spare but I trusted them to do a good job so didn’t mind to pay extra at that time. However, 4 months into the replacement and the spare has been damaged, they claim the warranty was just for 90 days which was not mentioned anywhere in the invoice. They are fooling the customers with faulty repairs and overpriced spares which when claimed for warranty, they deny point blank. I would recommend to trust your local guy to service these products then this overhyped and overpriced fancy company cheating the customer.
