This app has been a game-changer for my travel experience! The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, and everything runs super smoothly with lightning-fast response times. Pathetic people. They forgot to book our cab for pickup the very first day and we had to call repeatedly to get our cab . They made us wait for 1 and half hrs at the airport after we had been travelling whole day. This was not the worst part. on 30th April the driver left us at Sentosa even while i was on call with him stating that we are in a show and wild animals are out and they are not allowing us to get out. He gave us a deadline of 10 pm and we reached at 9:58 pm. But the driver already left. There was another bus parked at the same place where the driver sent a pic of where the vehicle is parked. I was on call with the cordinator till 9:57 and tried calling multiple times to check where the vehicle is. The cordiator was extremely rude and when questioned about how do we reach back to the hotel as its their mistake. They said to book a cab and they will refund. Have it on the chat where they were trying to assist us. Its been more than 15 days and haven’t heard anything. Need your help in escalating it, and if i dont get resolution in 7 days i will proceed with consumer complaint as well as reviews on multiple social media platforms.

This app is super easy to use and really helps you out while you’re on your trip. It gives you all the details of your tour in one place, with restaurant suggestions, a detailed itinerary with great graphics, and all your vouchers and tickets. And if you have any questions or need help, they’re there to assist you 24/7.
