If you are planning to use this software for real business use case, then stay away.
There is no support even for piad plan customers.
Images and videos are not getting processed for last 3 days. Opened ticket same day . Normal auto reply the no one is bothered to read or respond. Called supporr number contacted them via all social media channels. No response.
If it works , it works otherwise dont bother them with any issues. If that is ok then you could subscribe to their plans.
