Smoothest ride in Agartala
OraRide has made traveling around Agartala so much easier! The app is user-friendly, bookings are quick, and the cabs are clean and well-maintained. My driver was punctual, polite, and knew the city routes well. The pricing is fair and transparent, which I really appreciate. It’s great to finally have a dependable local cab service. Highly recommended for daily commutes or occasional trips around town!
How I download OraRide.
During my Rapido ride (Ride ID #RD17 5541 6069 7875 952, Indranagar to Capital Complex, Agartala), the driver told me he would get a challan of ₹2500–₹3000 from Tripura Police if he used Rapido, and insisted I download OraRide. He said Uber and Rapido don’t work in Tripura. I searched and found no such rule—Uber Auto still operates in Agartala, and government regulations only cover permits, colors, and meters.
I had to download OraRide just to reach my destination on time, which felt forced. This kind of pressure is misleading and unfair. Apps should grow by good service, not by misinformation.
