Writing this review after availing their services for almost 6 months or more. First of all I would start with saying they have served the people in difficult times of Covid19 especially second wave when we didn't want to go to the market for various reasons including presence of old aged people and kids at home. Secondly, their app, customer care and price menu arw highly customer friendly. The prices are competitive and better than the market generally. Packing is highly professional and I got only one chance to complain that too in the beginning regarding quality of a particular veggie which they immediately attended and refunded without any hassle. Keep up the good work.

I have been ordering from this app from last 3 months and as they promise to deliver before 10 am has never happened. Never got my delivery before 11 am and now since last few days i have been receiving at 3 pm in the afternoon and sometimes not receiving delivery at all and they pay no sorry or concerns until i raise a complaint. The shortfall makes me sick, I ordered tomatoes one day, it went shortfall, i ordered next day, delivery didn’t happen and no text, call/email response till 3rd day. How am I am using the fresh veggies? Also note their customer service team is useless, they can’t change my address, they can’t make sure it is delivered on time, and I please note, no escalations even after repeated concerns and also when you raise a complaint on the app their is no call till next day. Even after many complaints nothing changed. So i switched to MILKBASKET, and had awesome experience, fresh veggies without any delay, bdw they deliver before 7 am to my door.

One of the biggest issues that is there is you quote the rate of per kg item in the app and then mention rate per pack. Now, the package weight would always be in a range for example 600 gram to 700 gram. The problem is you would price the package at the rate of higher range which would be 700 gram in above case which is not correct. If you are giving a range, then you should charge in the middle of range instead of higher range. Another thing is range should mostly be applicable on those items which are big in size like bottle gourd, watermelon, pumpkin, etc. The smaller items like tomato, potato, onion, chilli, coriander, etc. can be measured exactly without the range. It is very easy to measure 1 kg tomato but you’d still give the range of 900 grams to 1 kg for an item like tomato. This is again an unfair way of charging.
