The worst Brand and no response from the APP,I have purchased one grey shirt on May-20 still now we didn’t get the item and no response from the OTTO store

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order with Otto Clothing. On July 13th, 2023, I placed an order for four shirts (Order Number: OTE-17490), but unfortunately, I received only three shirts in the package.

I had been eagerly anticipating the arrival of all four shirts, as they were meant to be part of a special occasion outfit. However, I was dismayed to discover the missing item upon opening the package. I have checked the contents thoroughly multiple times, and it is evident that one shirt is absent.

I understand that mistakes can happen, and I kindly request your immediate attention to rectify this issue. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for the missing shirt to be sent to me as soon as possible, using expedited shipping to compensate for the inconvenience caused.

Additionally, I would appreciate any further instructions or information regarding the return process for the incorrect order. Should it be necessary, I am more than willing to return the extra shirt I received in error.

Please find attached a copy of my order confirmation and a photo of the package's contents, clearly displaying the missing shirt. I believe this will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
