I mostly keep my location services off because of battery issue. And every time I open it asks me to select the location again. It’s so irritating. I feel selecting last select location on app launch will really enhance user experience.

Customer support is bad. Out of those 50, 15-20 orders were delayed. And they make you cry if you want to cancel. So you are stuck, they don’t cancel even if order is not yet out for delivery, even after 1 hour. Because of that you are not able to place another order. Then when they finally agree to refund, it is already 1-1.5 hours, no matter if you are hungry. My last order went like this. They were not cancelling. It was already 1.5hrs since I had placed the order, and still the delivery guy was standing at the restaurant waiting for the order. I was asking them to cancel, but they are like, ‘Please be patient’. And they were also like, ‘We are unable to contact the driver/restaurant’. I told them to refund immediately in the chat. Now what will you do?I placed an order from somewhere else and guess what, this order also arrived. After literally 1:45 mins (I have proof). And they don’t even care.

I am writing to formally lodge a severe complaint regarding the unacceptable and arrogant behavior of the delivery executive assigned to my recent order.instructions and the standard operating procedure of your service, the delivery executive outright refused to deliver my order to my doorstep. When I requested that they complete the delivery properly, they were highly unprofessional, arrogant, and displayed a complete disregard for customer service.To provide context, delivery partners from your app, as well as every other service, deliver to my doorstep daily without any hesitation or logistical issues. This incident was entirely due to the misappropriating behavior and poor attitude of this specific individual.As a customer, I rely on ownely for convenience and reliability. This experience has been extremely disappointing and entirely defeats the purpose of using your platform.We take this kind of unprofessionalism seriously. If appropriate disciplinary action is not taken against this delivery executive and a satisfactory resolution is not provided, we will be escalating this matter by posting about this pathetic experience and the executive's behavior on social media tagging your official handles.I expect a prompt investigation into this matter and a formal response detailing the actions taken

The only good thing about this new food delivery app is the hotel/restaurant commission is not there which reduces the overall bill. Other than this everything else is just pathetic! No “cash on delivery” mode as payment, help section is sketchy, no proper guidelines for delivery instructions to update, the GUI itself is confusing and to top it- absolutely PATHETIC customer service! Was happy initially that there’s some healthy competition to Swiggy and Zomato but those are 10x better in all terms though service remains subjective. There’s a lot of catching to do for Ownly else this will wind up as quickly as anyone can imagine.
