The P6 (c) app is a digital version of the previously only paper / classroom based Risk Management Tool used by Professional Sales People to assess 6 areas of risk in every complex B2B Sales Pursuit. The P6 (c) methodology was the outcome of a 2 year research project into why Salespeople miss sales forecasts. The P6 (c) App will allow sales people and their stakeholders eg. sales managers, partners and cross functional resources eg. legal, to collaborate on deal pursuits, understand what the weighting of risk is in each of the 6 identified areas of risk and then gradually work on a 'Risk Off' approach to closing deals on time.
