Disappointing Experience from Pagar Guru

I recently purchased PagarGuru for a 3-year timeline (for 100 employees), and the app has been nothing short of a disappointment. The demo version they showed me differed significantly from the actual app, and things only worsened after updating. Numerous issues and glitches plague the app, making it highly unreliable. Here are a few key points to highlight:

Poor Shift Rotation Process: The app lacks a smooth process for shift rotation, causing confusion and inefficiency.
Punch-In Errors: There are frequent errors and miscalculations in the punch-in system, leading to inaccuracies in attendance records.
Limited Options for "My Rules": The app offers no or very limited options for setting customized rules, hindering flexibility in managing employee schedules.
Inadequate OT Calculation: There is a lack of proper provision for calculating overtime, a critical feature for many organizations.
Inadequate Segregation: The app fails to provide adequate segregation for different types of employees (contract, office staff, laborers, etc.), making it challenging to manage diverse workforce needs.
These are just a few of the many issues that need urgent attention. Overall, purchasing this software for three years has been a regrettable decision. Despite appearing promising during the initial demo, it has failed to deliver, and instead has caused significant setbacks for my organisation.
