I've been using Pandit Ji for a couple of months now, and it's been a great experience! The call and video chat features make consultations very convenient. The astrologers are verified, which gives me peace of mind knowing I'm speaking to a true professional. l've used their personalized remedies, and I feel much more positive and focused. No Ethics

They said the first chat is free I have started it then there was a pop saying special offer for you to continue chat for Rs5/min I have recharged to continue but they charged me regular price instead of RS 5/min and when approached the customer support for the same and providing screenshots of their offer that was sent to me they still argued with pre made templates and not trying to resolve my issue so I have given them 1 star and wrote a review.

Then after 2 months I have received a call from them and someone who called me was trying to convince me that it was a glitch that sent you offer and it was not supposed to be like that and not talking about refund I was asking because I am not responsible for their glitch. Also as compensation he was offering me free 5 mins chat which was funny, after knowing they are fraudulent who on earth will again spend money on them
Apple has to take things seriously and ban people like these to make sure it’s users have quality service not some stupid stuff like this
