Pls don’t force people to download app and collect data. 20/30/50 valet charging fee is bearable

We understand that the web version may seem more convenient for some users, however, the app provides a seamless experience for those on the go with features such as ‘QR code scanning’ on arrival and ‘Request to Leave’ while leaving. Together, these functions reduce 90% of time spent for guests and the valets. However, our system also allows for traditional usage via SMS, without downloading the app, but where is the fun in that :)

We assure you that we do not collect any data beyond what is necessary for the functioning of the app. We also do not charge the guests for any user fees.

My iPhone has small screen and when I try to press on the button to get my car, I can’t press because the screen is too long to fit on my small screen iPhone SE 2022.

Please provide the smaller screen as I am never able to use the app to get my car.

No option to call for your vehicle before hand, what’s the point of downloading.

To access it, please 'swipe up' to open your digital ticket from the app. Within your ticket, you'll find the option to request your vehicle in advance. Additionally, you'll be able to track the status of your vehicle as it makes its way to your location. Thank you again for your feedback!
