No option to call for your vehicle before hand, what’s the point of downloading.

Thank you for taking the time to review our app. We appreciate your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you had trouble finding the option to call for your vehicle in advance. We want to assure you that this feature is indeed available in our app.

To access it, please 'swipe up' to open your digital ticket from the app. Within your ticket, you'll find the option to request your vehicle in advance. Additionally, you'll be able to track the status of your vehicle as it makes its way to your location. Thank you again for your feedback!

Pls don’t force people to download app and collect data. 20/30/50 valet charging fee is bearable

Thank you for taking the time to review our app. We appreciate your feedback. We understand that the web version may seem more convenient for some users, however, the app provides a seamless experience for those on the go with features such as ‘QR code scanning’ on arrival and ‘Request to Leave’ while leaving. Together, these functions reduce 90% of time spent for guests and the valets. However, our system also allows for traditional usage via SMS, without downloading the app, but where is the fun in that :)

We assure you that we do not collect any data beyond what is necessary for the functioning of the app. We also do not charge the guests for any user fees.
