Parsi Dairy Farm (established in 1916) is Mumbai's premier Dairy Products and Indian Sweets brand. Over the last 100+ years, we have been known for the quality and purity of our products. Multiple generations of families have come to trust us for their dairy and mithai needs.
This application is for our daily milk delivery system which has recently been switched from an offline-only model to a 100% online model.
You can set up your account through this app or call our shop on 022 6775 2230 to get started.
If you are an existing customer, please use your registered mobile number to login. If unable to login / OTP not received, please email/call us we will help you out.
Through this application you can:
1. Setup and modify your milk subscription (daily / alternate day / customized)
2. Mark holidays / extra milk to be delivered without calling the shop
3. Make payments to recharge your virtual wallet. (You can also recharge via cash payment at the shop)
4. View your detailed account statement with full transparency on payments and milk delivery
5. Update your personal information and delivery preferences

Very disappointed
I have always been very happy with the products. Hence, when I saw this app I was very glad that finally, one doesn’t have to bother thought delivery apps and can order directly. This was my 3rd or 4th delivery. I placed an order for 27th Nov. and the order was not delivered. I was out of town the next two days, when I realised and asked them, they said they can’t do anything. They don’t call before delivery, they don’t sent a msg after delivery. Effectively, we lost our money and order. I’m not sure what sort of process this is, and what do you think the customer is trying to accomplish with this. Are you assuming that the customer has received the order and is raising a fake complaint.
