Not working in Apple Watch

I installed this app in my Apple Watch series 2. It was working ok. But when I reset my watch and reloaded this app it stopped showing any information even I put the correct code for the watch. So purchase of this app is totally useless. Any solution?

To resolve synchronization problems, remove the app from your Apple Watch and re-install it from your iPhone’s “Watch” app. If you continue with problems, contact us at soporte@sendagames.com
