App brings virus to iPhone !
I downloaded this app on my IPhone to get a coupon as instructed by a sales representative at the muji store. Upon getting the coupon, I uninstalled the app right after. However, another app under the name of ‘Passport In’ started appearing in its place and despite multiple attempts to delete it, it doesn’t leave my phone !
Getting a malware on iPhone is rare and I don’t have a way of removing it.
Request the tech team at Muji to guide me on this as I don’t want to keep this app on my phone.
Unable to Recover Account
I have been trying to recover my account and keep track of my points, but the design and the lack of information from the company itself makes it very hard to recover back
