Cannot Create Ticket from App

I have been using app from past few months but can’t create any ticket from app. It is always spinning and then nothing. In contact us option it is always clicked on already request is showing. Auto debit didn’t work last EMI hence I paid the amount through IMPS after discussion with support rep and he himself told me to not to worry and ignore about bouncing charges and about additional charges as it was systematic issue, but still after that they put additional charges on my account and increasing it day by day. I am frustrated with these people even after discussing with several people. Send grievance email to particular person he also asked me to pay additional charges which are available on current day. I sent them all the relatives screenshots, Bank Statements all the details which was clearly indicated that auto debit didn’t happen on payment day their system but they are not ready to listen. Some times they ask me to contact the same person who told me to make payment through IMPS and informed me to ignore about additional charges. Mean whenever I am contacting the next person who is not ready to resolve the issue. So my suggestion is use in case if you are ready to face such consequences.

Worst App...I would have given 0 stars if I could have.

This is the worst app and I would not recommend anyone to download this app. First when I had taken the loan during the due date I got a message saying it will be auto debited, and it got auto debited but next day I got a call from them that the payment is due and they have added 400 overdue charges which eventually, I had to pay. My amount which was debited was refunded back after 15 days. When I second time took the loan, I paid the loan on 23rd and the due date was 26th and I updated the payment as well but on 26th the payment this time got deducted and now when I am trying to contact them, they are closing the tickets and requesting the call back option does not work.
I would have given 0 stars but unfortunately I can’t.
It’s already 18 days and have not received refund....Worst app. Worst customer care... worst services.

Worst app it better to take loan from EarlySalary.

I have taken a loan last month and no Auto debit was sent to my bank and they called me that my auto debit is rejected by bank due to insufficient balance. I sent them my bank statement to show where is the entry of auto debit rejection. They told me bank will show me rejection entry in end of month and they can waive my bounce charge but I have to pay delay charge/interest which was not my fault instead of having sufficient balance in my account. But I paid extra interest amount and waiting for my monthly statement. I will again reach you after my monthly statement as bank clearly denied that no ecs was hit on my account from Payme India. U will never receive any call from their customer service. They transfer amount in ur account in 2 or 3 day but they charge interest from day one when u apply.
