Excellent App for Bill Payments and UPI Management, but Lacking Reminder Feature
I’ve been using this app for paying bills and managing UPI transactions, and overall, it has been a great experience. The app provides a user-friendly interface and seamless functionality for making payments and managing UPI transactions. It’s a convenient one-stop solution for handling financial tasks. However, the only drawback I’ve encountered is the absence of a reminder feature for bill due dates. Once I create a bill, there’s no option to set a reminder for upcoming payments. It would be incredibly useful to receive timely reminders so that I never miss a due date. Despite this one limitation, the app’s overall functionality and ease of use make it an excellent choice for paying bills and managing UPI transactions. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable app to handle their financial tasks efficiently. I hope the developers consider adding the reminder feature in future updates to enhance the app’s usefulness even further.
Some improvements needed
1. We make an online transaction like a purchase on flipkart via payzapp using credit card, then this appears in passbook and gets included in monthly expense. And if i pay credit card bill for same card which i used for earlier transaction, This too appearing in passbook and getting totalled in expense figure. This is double inclusion of same amount. please rectify this.
2. UPI Lite is not yet introduced!!!
3. I want to use payzapp as full fledged expense tracker, for that, app has to have the option to include offline physical card transactions.
Its ask me to update ios 17 when iphone x doesn’t support, i can’t login 😢
I am writing to express my feedback regarding the HDFC Bank mobile app. Recently, I encountered an issue where the app prompted me to upgrade to iOS 17, despite the fact that my device does not support this operating system version. This has caused inconvenience and confusion as I am unable to proceed with the upgrade, yet the app insists on it.
As a loyal customer of HDFC Bank, I rely on the mobile app for various banking activities, and such errors undermine the user experience. I understand the importance of software updates for security and functionality enhancements, but it's crucial for the app to accurately assess the compatibility of my device and provide appropriate guidance.
I kindly request your team to address this issue promptly and ensure that future app updates consider the compatibility of users' devices. Additionally, it would be helpful to receive clarification or guidance on how to proceed in situations where an upgrade is not feasible due to device limitations.
