In India you cannot be sure if you’re getting a authentic product or not even after paying the full price for the product specially with perfumes(Designer/Niche) but at Perfumery Authenticity comes with a sure shot guarantee, now coming to their Projekt Alternative line up i can’t comprehend how they’re able to provide such quality for a fraction of the price hats off to Mohit Bhai 🙌🏼

Just one thing app itself could be improved to provide a better experience to the customer else everything is perfect 👍🏼

Had few bugs when it first came out but now it’s all working fine and smooth. I would love to see few features to be added in future like filter or search using brands. Which is yet to be added in app. But still I can see it being one of the stand along frag purchase app.
Been buying from years and still will be buying in future.

Haven’t received my order in 3months. NO actual refund made even after sending me an email of cancellation and “refunded”. (Don’t u dare use that email against me in the future while I didn’t even receive the money.) The most disrespectful customer service that leaves all messages on whatsapp and DMs on READ after sending the Order ID details. I am only asking what’s rightfully mine. Please give me my money back! I will change my review after I get my money unless you consider yourself a lying thief. I’m shocked how your company can blatantly keeping lying to your customers and expect to get away with it!
