Night before we were supposed to go live, menu got shuffled and support was unable to help out, I had to get in touch with the sales representative (Honey Chauhan), even at night time he was kind enough to get in touch with their menu team and get it sorted before we go live. I don’t think so this could have been possible to sort out on time without his support. Alternatively, the POS works the way we want and can be modified according to our needs. Really made our life simple. Cheers

Waste of money

People in sales who are selling this app are promising things which actually don’t work. Even after buying the app for our inventory and managing data base , we are not able to send messages to our customers with our business name. After complaining a lot of times and telling them that this app is a waste for me if i am not able to send offers through messages to my customers with my business name , the petpooja sellers and managers didn’t do anything. I just lost my money. The messages which i wanted to send to my customers had petpooja’s name on it. Why will my customers open that message. Please guys don’t purchase this system. No after service provided . It is just a waste.
