worst app ever !!!
their service was not that bad. but they have the worst app ever !!! the orders placed cannot be viewed or taracked. we just pay and no trails of our order anymore !!! not even a receipt. they only contact us through whatsapp and dont give an invoice or even a call back after the service.
Bad: in my experience
I don’t know about their service. I booked their service for 1:00pm and someone call me said their employee is on leave so, the will arrange the service at 5:00pm. I said, “fine. But, you must come because I have a place to go tomorrow.” If they can’t they should have let me know at the earliest. Guess what, they didn’t came. And, it was too late for me to go to another service centre. I won’t be writing this, at least if they had a reputation management strategy.
Good Service and great staff behaviour
I am using this app second time, Last time it was fully bugs and very slow. But now Solved the all bugs and change the interfaces. Also very good service and good behaviour of staffs. I am giving 5 out of 5.
