It’s a good decent hardware and app. Have scope of improvement. In the beginning it had some problems with the tracking and signals, but later with tech visit it been working well; it’s been over 5 years now. Info: They use Airtel GSM sim, but you may want to try a different provider consulting them base on signal strength in your area.

I am that unfortunate guy who bought 3 years of subscription of this device. Worst app as location is always incorrect, the vehicle is moving on road it will show inside the buildings, if in a rural place instead of roads it will show the vehicle is moving on crops, if road is parallel to a river or its a bridge app will show the vehicle is on the river.

Another major issue is glitch, moving vehicle will stop in the map anywhere in the middle, symbol which is a car moves in reverse while u are driving forward.

Customer service has stupid answers in respect to this issue.

Stop and start feature: it is just a button on the app never works when i need it.
A service guy came on my call and fixed it but the problem came again.

I saw one review where a guy said best performance after app update i am using since 2 years i never found even a single update within these 2 years.

In the end, team phoenix pls do not steal money from customer’s pocket if u cannot give quality product.
Stop posting fake reviews and deliver some handsome products.
