I recently got a problem which is when I'm trying to open PhonePe it didn't get open got loading for a while. I thought may be there is a bug and searched for new version updates in AppStore but the app has no new updates. Then I thought that may be restarting my phone will fix the issue and I did the same but it didn't. Then I deleted the app and reinstalled it and opened it from AppStore it opened and everything is fine and I got relieved and then again I tried to open it right after closing the app and the problem repeated then I uninstalled the app few times and the same continued so I decided to contact the customer service but the customer service doesn't have an option for problem related to the app and there are only options to problems related to transactions and bank linking and there is no mail support for complaint in their official website. I hope so the support team resolved this issue as fast as possible with a better way to contact with customers.

Unfortunately, I had used PhonePe for auto mandates, for Truecaller application. I needed to add auto payment mandate, even though I have just want to use the free trial of Truecaller. I have selected PhonePe and I tried multiple times which were failed at the end, and free trial was not reflected on Truecaller application. I had tried using different app for registering auto mandate, and I was able to activate the free trial with the help of other application,BHIM. And when I checked the auto mandates on PhonePe, I have observed two active auto mandates for Truecaller application., for the failed attempts. I try to delete the auto automatic, but I’m still not able to delete it or pause it. I have contacted Support of PhonePe., which is a very weird and very hard way to contact any support team of an application., and they have been closing my tickets from the past six months without even resolving it. They escape that they have tried to reach out to me or call me, and close the ticket without working on it or resolving it. I am fed up with PhonePe on this minor issue., I want to delete PhonePe, but I’m unable to delete PhonePe because of the active mandates on my account. I’m unable to delete the auto mandates too. What an idiotic customer service., I have seen worst, but not worse than PhonePe customer service. I recommend not to use PhonePe because if you face any issue, you are on your own, and that issue will not be resolved by PhonePe Support. Paytm and BHIM are best.

When I send money to someone, the transaction appears in my history, but they aren't getting updated in my contact list; similarly, when someone sends money to me, it updates in the history but not in the contacts.
