Sorry for your bad experience; thanks a lot for your comments. We want to clarify your questions so that your experience with the product might change, which can help you save space and time. We have a 3-day free trial with a yearly plan which you can try all features free for 3 days. After the free trial period, Apple charges you the billing amount. It is impossible to get charged before or during the free trial period. If you selected any other plan that doesn't include the free trial, such as the monthly plan, you could access premium features for a month without the free trial, which is explicitly shown on the app. If you purchased an in-app purchase to activate some premium features and want to get a refund, you can immediately refund. The refunded amount will be back to you soon. You can cancel your subscription to Photo Finder like any other App Store subscription: Go to Settings on your iPhone. Find View Apple ID in the iTunes & AppStores > your Apple ID name page. Then, tap Subscriptions > Photo Finder. Click on the Cancel Subscription button, which is located at the bottom of the screen. Just thief's.. they say 3 day free trial and then take all our money.. they took 849 Rs from my account claiming they recover photos and videos.. no deep scan nothing.. just the photos from the trash.. for a function that i could do without an application they charged 849 Rs.. moreover now they have falsely claiming they don't have such plan via mail.. i have screenshots on the payment and subscription of this app.. don't believe these people..

Dear users,
We contacted with our user via email and we received screenshots of download date and so called purchase detail of our subscription. Upon our analysis we found out that the mentioned purchase of subscription belongs to another app. In addition to this, we don't have any subscriptions with a price of 849 Rs. We have two subscriptions, yearly with a 3-day trial and lifetime, with prices of 5400 Rs and 6900 Rs, respectively. You can check both from the store yourself. App is hang on for long time
After i successfully installed I couldn’t proceed for recovery since the app is hang on for long time and I have tried multiple time by uninstalling and installing again after I have stopped all the summing process. Pls fix it
