Problem

I used photo vault in calculator mode. It was working properly now one day i have use the calculator mode for calculation and now app is not accepting the password. What can i do to recover all my photo and videos. Also it doesn’t send any recovery password or anything on my mail. So tell me what to do.

Please make sure, that you’re using right password and not a fake one(we have such option in the app). And if you’re using the calculator mode please make sure that you’re using right App icon with name ‘Photo Vault’ but not the standard calculator.

Also please tap on ‘C’ button before the next try to enter the code and tap ‘%’.

As for Reset Password option, it only possible if you set the recovery email. If so then click ‘=’ 5 times and system will send you email with new password to specified email(hopefully it was not misspelled).
