I don’t even know where to begin… I came back home yesterday from one of the most mesmerising trip of my life at one of the heavenly paradise on earth – Maldives. So basically I came across pick your trail through Instagram advertisement portal and there and then I decided to go with them by reading so many of their beautiful reviews. I already had a resort in mind ( Coco Bodu Hithi ) and wanted to book my stay there. So I downloaded the pickyourtrail app and then with support chat and help with one of their colleagues booked my trip with them and am so glad I did for the past 4N 5D have been the best days of my life with my wife and our one year old daughter. Simply loved having booked the trip with pickyourtrail because I have never ever seen a travel app work so fast and super easy… like they are there for you just one tap away. Even I had some worries and a hell lot of queries but the entire staff and support chat back end team handled my tantrums very well with me being utmost satisfied at the end. They handled each and every thing like from booking procedures at the resort, the full board package selection and the flight bookings. They even guided with Imuga Travel Declaration form filling and Air Suvidha form. Like they were there with us from start to very end. I am so grateful to the entire team of pickyourtrail for you made our trip so fluent and transparent. It’s a genuine review for the trip which I went recently 1) Pickyourtrail response is very amazing with super fast reply before booking But once u are done with booking - you are like an orphan, no one will contact you even u complete the trip😅I struggled to upgrade room from the same hotel for which pick your trail took 1 week 🙊2) No any calls before/ on trip/ after trip - Unlike other holiday planners, literally nothing from Pickyour trail 🥺3) No information regarding sim change, people should themselves come with their essentials queries and then they will clarify 4) False information for booking - For the time sake they will give false assuring and ask you to book😤🥺but after detailing such incident they apologised and refunded the expenses for the same👍5) Not a detailed itinerary- Plan for the day will be in one line🙃compared to ** holidays and other holiday planners, pick your trail itinerary is not to the mark 6) Their app is really good with many useful things like currency calculator which is like WOW 😮 7) The live chat response was good 👍 8) It’s better to allot the booking guidance person from the same state so that communication will be proper and I could have gone directly by going to the office in Tamil Nadu, instead of wasting too much time 🕰️ in call by speaking to a person in other state Pick your trail - Good people, some false promises, poor phone response after booking, no return calls after trip, improper communication and lot of miscommunications
