I have ordered ‘my box’ today at 7:30 And the order came at 9:20 ... and my guests are left already. Even though how can I eat a cold dough... very bad impression...!!!

Very disappointing to see the service rendered at Pizza Hut for loyal customers.We had a very bad experience on our pickup order at Blajat Salmiya outlet. It took almost 1 hour to get our order ready. None of the staff or the manager are aware about the hut reward transaction procedures.Also we were waiting at the lobby area for about 40 minutes with no correct response from the Pizza Hut staff. Aside, our pizza was kept ready on pickup table in the lobby for almost 40mins while we were waiting for transaction confirmation. Manager on the floor was not hospitable at all and clearly told it’s “not my problem” for hut reward transaction and insisted us to pay by cash to get our order.It was after complete 1 hour we got the issue resolved and pizza that was handed over for car pickup was the same pizza which was kept on the pickup table for about 45mins, which is really not acceptable and then we had to ask for replacement as the pizza was chilling cold. Going further we would surely rethink to visit and recommend Pizza Hut for their services.

Actually I ordered yesterday regular large pizza and it was delicious but today I ordered one plus one offer with extras but no good extras even though I paid for it , if you’re not maintaining quality and quantity for the offer so don’t put offers Quality and quality should be same for all , if you want loyal customers, there are so many other pizzas available in the market FYIMy suggestion maintain loyal to your customers maintain quality and quantity for customer satisfaction Small compromise can destroy your taste Customer should indulge in the taste of your product once customer felt unhappy then he will shift to other and as well as he will take his group to others Don’t compromise on quality Thanks I hope you understand my message

I have reported an issue with the mobile application to customer care and complaints team, regarding my order history not getting reflected under HUT rewards and I’m unable to use the points, but the issue have not been resolved yet. I have reported an issue with the mobile application to customer care and complaints team, regarding my order history not getting reflected under HUT rewards and I’m unable to use the points, but the issue have not been resolved yet. Several follow up calls and waiting for almost a month to fix a small issue is what the level of support I’m getting from Pizzahut. Disappointed customer.
