Progress
Hello there, the app is amazing and thank you for everything you did it for it, I can do anything on, watching the progress for trophies, send massege to friends and save the screenshot from PS5 directly, but there is something I want you to add it, which the progress for trophy of any game, I hope you add next to played time no need to press on any game to show the progress, thank you again.
Worst app and website
I have had the worst experience using this app as not all the features are available on the app, that is why when you have to for example add funds to buy a game, you have to do it from the website. And the website is the worst website i have ever used. Either says error or something went wrong. Adding funds is so difficult as i have added 250 rupees each from 6 different cards. Doesn’t work when you try to add more than 250 and doesn’t work more than once for each card. Overall awful and very bad experience. I have been a playstation customer for a long time and did not expect this. I might switch to another console just because of this. I hope playstation looks into this and fixes their app and website both. But for the time being, if you are considering buying a playstation, i would suggest to rather buy an xbox, because gaming experience is similar, but xbox is much more user friendly and easier and helpful to use. I would rate 0 stars, but since it doesn’t let you, i have generously given one star
Fabulous!!
What can I say, this new experience is really far much better than what we had earlier. First all the apps are combined into one. Next gen UI/UX as compared to the previous one which never felt like a good official app from Playstation. I really want yo come back to this new version again n again to search and surf. I like to use app now more than the website. App is way too faster and way to fluid. Perfect information of each title and addon. Really I see a better future for Playstation mobile atmosphere. 5 stars!
