You can add a simple game inside the app through which people can win rewards like coins or a free episode coupon which can be used to listen further episodes and it will surely improve the crowed and will make people who think that it is a waste of money will also get attracted which will increase the use of the app to earn coins and because i am the one giving such suggestion i hope that i will get some benifit from it if you proceed with my idea my name is Tarun and hope to get a response from pocket fm .

This is a scam app. Almost all the stories have the same theme. In this you have to pay coins to watch each episode of each series. To watch a full episode of a series, one has to pay around 2 years subscription amount of world famous OTT platforms Netflix (INR 7,800 for one year Netflix subscription) or 10 years subscription amount of Hotstar (INR 1,499 for one year Hotstar subscription). My mother uses this app, she found this entertaining but once they change their r subscription model based on exclusive coins she find it very difficult to use and annoyed that every episode ask for coins to unlock itself.Yearly subscription like prime, other OTT apps will make the process easy and nothing to worry about, like Once recharged nothing to worry about next one year. That kind of freedom is not possible with this subscription model of pocket fm. U have to plan and spend your coming wisely or you have to wait for some time to get the episodes to get unlocked. Also the settings menu is like intentionally hidden. It is not easy to find for the first time user. Keeping it out in the home display will help a lot.

This is the worst app i have ever downloaded. They upload daily one episode of books which is around 12 to 13 minutes. In the first minute they told you about the previous episode and in last minute the ask you about what you think is going to happen in next episode. So one episode is about 10 minutes. In between these 10 minutes the story takes you nowhere and you have to wait for next 24 hours for next episode. And the story of the episode remain same. The cost of evey episode is very high . Its around 10 coins which cost you 2.5 rupees . So if you wants to hear a story you have to wait for the days episode counts of the book and if ane book have 300 episode it will cost you 750 rupees and one year. Which i found worst.

The stories are very much interesting but the only and only one problem is their is that I would suggest the company or app maker that when you are creating the story into videos so make till end not make only 5 to 10 episode videos and after 5 to 10 episodes only voice story is continue it makes the people who are watching or seeing the story by videos they don’t like and getting interest down and move forward to the next platform which I also do the same so make it count yes it is pocket friendly but along with your vớice story you should have to make full story by videos as you do in the first 5 episodes of all the stories

I keep purchasing coins to listen one of my fav audio series and one day it stopped suddenly supporting me to buy mor more coins so i tried for 2 days and deleted the app and reinstalled presuming it might remove that error and allow me to purchase more coins but i got horrifying experience that my account is not restored and it appeared like fresh account with no transaction history and al yhe episodes 176 episodes are locked again. I have written to customer care and called them as well but they atopped responding after their acknowledgment. I can’t continue as i dont want to pay again that much money just to continue reading from where i left. For any business if there is no strong customer support then it is of no use n shame.
