There are a few sites doing really well in India. A few of them don’t care about the players...they just want to keep getting rich by bankrupting the entire player base...that’s unfortunately the reality with all the sites with no exception. The good thing with PokerBaazi is that they care about the players well-being compared to the other sites. Their customer service is the best in the industry. While their software isn’t the best (I hated their previous software with a vengeance) they have improved a lot, though they can still get better. I’ve faced situations where pokerbaazi have been very kind to reimburse or reward players when they have faced technical issues..something no other site has done. Overall every player has their own preferences and run good aspect...so play on the site and check it for yourself and if you can run good here there’s nothing like it. Good luck boys and girls!

The most rigged but I must admit the most popular Indian poker website and app. The tournaments are set up too but your chances of winning there are more since there are more “human” players and at the end of the day they must crown a human a champion so even if they scam you there they pick a random person to win there and he gets to run over all the tables so that they can glorify him as a “winner” in the app. Cash tables are totally different now they have set up a bad beat counter to let you know how many times you’ve been set-up but on most applications there is a bad beat jackpot but not here. Here they just tell you “sorry bad beat. You loose”. Great of you wanna loose your money. And as someone said already “please donate your money to charity or bet on cricket but don’t play here” I would add to that, if you really wanna play poker find a live game or play on a website where there is a private table being hosted like PPPoker. Don’t play here and give your money to strangers thinking it’s just a part of the game; it’s not. It’s the algorithm. That sleek app design comes at the cost of you loosing your money to someone and if he’s human he looses to someone and at the end of the day it’s the “rake” that wins if not a bot. But the best part; there is a Bad Beat Counter to tell you that “hey; we f____ed you over sorry “

I signed up on PokerBaazi a couple of weeks back. It said deposit within 1 month to get 100% bonus upto rs. 2500 on the amount you deposit. I thought okay, let me play some free games, learn poker, if I like it then deposit before 1 month ends. One fine day, app force updates and the promo is no longer to be seen. I reach out to customer service saying that I can’t see the claim offer button even though I am still in 1 month. He asks me to refresh or reinstall the application and assures that should resolve my issue. I reinstalled the application 1 day later, still no offer to be found, waste another hour talking to their representative and he says sorry there is no deposit offer anymore. I think user experience basics 101 should tell you that any offer you give to user should have expiry and validity details. I went through all conditions and it clearly said valid for 1st deposit made in 1st month. So taking it away one fine day before 1 month and telling user now we don’t care if you deposit when user is relying on its expiry and is trying to deposit before expiry is extremely unprofessional and bad.
