Just Superb

I have barely written a review for an app and its services like this, but for porter i am pleased to right, i have used porter about 10 times in the last 2 years and believe me logistics have never been this convenient ever before, The drivers ive had have always been extremely helpful, even if ive not paid extra for helper, they have helped me the best to their capacity, the payment options are convenient, the time shown for the drivers to reach has always been accurate, if there is a way to thank porter enough i would be pleased to because transportation and logistics have never been so much convenient before..... thank you so much for the excellet app experience, excellent accuracy, polite drivers and ya one last thing een when i had an issue with payments they have waived of my entire balance too which is a really hard to find goodwill gesture these days

Worst experience

The worst experience for the very first time I use their service and this was really horrible and terrible experience and discussed with their service, their driving partners, and movers So unprofessional that they don’t have basic manners and ethics, they literally violated my privacy At my place, I am so much so discussed with the service. I will suggest no one should use their service. There is so

Even though I reach out to the team for several times, I raise my complain. I shared the photos. I shared the problems and proof as well even after that they’re saying we are not able To give a compensation . they had directly said me if you want, you can go and take legal action against as we don’t have any problem. Their staff is so misbehaving and ridiculous. They don’t even know how to talk with their consumers. they were unable to resolve my problem multiple times. When I started complaining them. They just directly shut down my problem and say it has been resolved again and again I reach out to the team. I talk numerous times but nothing happens they have worst customer user experience and they have one of the worst and unprofessional customer care service even I wrote the full mail on their official email ID and I didn’t receive any reply yet I written all my problem nothing happens I just want my compensation. That’s it and a formal apology.

The worst Packers and Movers ever. Fraudulent play

A last minute rejection and total absence of follow up! No survey was done by the vendor and Porter as a service provider boasted of an extremely smooth packing and moving experience without any pre survey needed. The assigned vendor team rejected the packing and moving of my fully furnished 3 BHK on the day of shifting, as soon as it arrived. The crew was behaving strangely as if they had never seen a slider wardrobe before! To my utmost surprise, they were at my place without a carpenter who had to dismantle and assemble the furniture. Apparently they hadn’t anticipated the possibility of “tough” dismantling. They just went back saying we won’t be able to do it. I’m still waiting for a resolution from Porter. No one has been assigned till now. Each time a new customer care executive picks up the call and keeps apologising. What these people fail to understand is that time is of essence here. We don’t have the luxury to keep searching for appropriate vendors throughout the day. Shifting timings in any society are regulated. No escalation has been of any use. Tomorrow my owners are moving in and I still have no clue as to how am I gonna shift all of this humongous set up all on my own now that a professional service like Porter has ditched me at the very last minute. The most hopeless and wretched service ever! Customer care is even more pathetic. Frauds to say the least!
