The Porter workers were courteous and ensured that all items were transported safely without any damage, which I appreciate. However, I was disappointed with the packing service. The items were not packed in an organized manner, and there appeared to be little consideration given to grouping similar items together. For example, dishwashing products were packed along with other household belongings, which caused some items to become dirty due to leakage. Additionally, even a garbage bag in a transparent plastic bag was packed with other bathroom items. The cartons were also handled carelessly and were placed upside down at times, resulting in my spice boxes and other items spilling inside the cartons.It appeared that their primary focus was to pack everything as quickly as possible rather than in an organized manner. For instance, if there was extra space left in a carton containing kitchen items, they simply filled the remaining space with unrelated household items instead of packing similar items together.While I appreciate the effort taken to transport everything safely, I am not satisfied with the overall packing service and believe greater care and professionalism are needed. The team clearly did not demonstrate the level of professionalism expected from trained packing staff.

I cannot begin to explain how terribly disappointing my experience with Porter has been. I booked for a Packing and Moving Service. From the time of booking till 4 hours after the service had to be provided, the team could not get me connected to a partner. When they did not have a partner assigned by the stipulated time no update call or message even came in letting me know of next steps. Every time I spoke, they kept telling me they will call me back and never did. All 10 calls made was because I raised a request on the app. There is no direct line to connect so I am at the mercy of the company on when they will call back. They could not get anyone from the escalation team to connect with me till 4 hours after my service time had started. Made me be in conference call with the partner that finally got assigned who on 3 different calls told the team he could not service the request that day or the next day. Finally I gave up and rescheduled the booking for the next day leaving my entire home in an uninhabitable condition. The next morning again same story and the same partner was assigned again (after him specifically telling that he will not be doing the job). Still waiting for a call back from someone who will take ownership of the situation than having poor cs folks apologizing for inconvenience. Absolute joke and waste of time. Company should stop making promises that they cannot keep and look at the service they are providing.

So i booked them as i was shifting my house and the porters that came they were 3 people and just after 1 hour of packing they went somewhere in the name of lunch and came back fully drunk when we called the customer service they acted as if this is normal and they will deliver our goods safely. These 3 guys took more thn 5 hours to pack and load when even the stuff was not much after packing as they were drunk they werent able to load the goods on their truck my brother had to help them in loading even when they were 3 people. The delivery was meant to be done by the same night but they took 2 days to deliver our goods and they had no answer where were they for this whole 2 days. After delivery when we saw our goods,everything was damaged there was not a single thing that was delivered safely every single item was damaged our newly bought washing machine,2 ACs,almira,crockery,ironing board,even the clothes were all damaged every single thing was damaged and they just threw everything at our place where it was meant to deliver and left and this whole time they were just saying we garauntee u about your good we garauntee the safety of your goods but when we saw the damage and tried getting in reach to the customer service they are not even compenseting for any of our loss. We had a loss of almost 2 lakhs rupees but its been 2 mnths and these guys are not even trying to compensate and are just passing the time by giving silly reasons.i would say dont ever book from these guys if u want your goods to be safe.

The worst experience for the very first time I use their service and this was really horrible and terrible experience and discussed with their service, their driving partners, and movers So unprofessional that they don’t have basic manners and ethics, they literally violated my privacy At my place, I am so much so discussed with the service. I will suggest no one should use their service. There is so much so Unprofessional Even though I reach out to the team for several times, I raise my complain. I shared the photos. I shared the problems and proof as well even after that they’re saying we are not able To give a compensation . they had directly said me if you want, you can go and take legal action against as we don’t have any problem. Their staff is so misbehaving and ridiculous. They don’t even know how to talk with their consumers. they were unable to resolve my problem multiple times. When I started complaining them. They just directly shut down my problem and say it has been resolved again and again I reach out to the team. I talk numerous times but nothing happens they have worst customer user experience and they have one of the worst and unprofessional customer care service even I wrote the full mail on their official email ID and I didn’t receive any reply yet I written all my problem nothing happens I just want my compensation. That’s it and a formal apology.
