Your very bed service my account blocked due some issues. I had to wait 72 hours to unblock my video section. Screen shot happens by mistake. Happens due to human error. The one who is taking the subscription of Preploader, will not take the screenshot intentionally. And have to wait for 30-30 minutes on the helpline number. Nothing helped from the helpline. I will tell any of my friends or juniors that there are many other online platforms in the market. Buy them I'm worried about buying a preploader. All the old good teachers have left. Prepledger's notes also change every 4-5 months. The prepladder is no longer for education. Now he has started considering all his students as customers. I am a pediatric superspeciality course subscriber.. the problem I am facing for last three months regarding contents, they told there will be videos regarding general pediatrics and there will be separate superspeciality videos in each section.. for the last three months no superspeciality videos are there in video section they are telling it is getting uploaded but the issue remains as it is, the content management is worst, when I am searching a topic in search bar a video of superspeciality faculty is coming but the same is no where present actual video section..everytime I search a topic a new video comes in search result which is no where present in actual video section..and worst part is I have intimated the issue via email probably 4-5 times they contacted and raised a query but the query remains unsolved from their end so worst support section as well.. have paid for full course and now video dilemma persists constantly!! I think I have done a mistake subscribing pediatric ss dream pack, should have opted from other platform!

From past ferry days I’m trying to connect to helpline assistance bt it shows I’m not logged in…..if I’m not logged in to my account how I’m able to use notes and videos ….I haven’t updated the app then how is old faculty videos are gone and there’s no trace of videos I’ve completed..how I’ll check on my process if you guys keep changing app whiteout any notifications….I’ve extended my subscription because I was able to attend lectures of old faculty I’ve already completed half of my lacquers from old faculty and suddenly everything if gone….at least you should keep old videos too …and why are your helplines or contact us feature is not working…please fix it if I’ve know phn before I would hv spend money on other apps ..I want refund seriously…every time there’s some pe problem I’ve to post review to connect with PrepLadder otherwise you guys don’t care …
