Web Series Not Reflecting
I paid for subscription and after 3 days all the web series are not showing in the app it’s been 20 days and the web series are not reflecting in app and some old web series are showing. My subscription will be expired in 4 days and my money is wasted as I didn’t see the web series as it was not showing in the app. Either refund my money or extend my subscription but first look into the app as why the apps are not showing
Prompt response from prime play customer care
I paid the subscription to prime play and it wasn’t showing in the subscription section of the app. I wrote to prime play customer care and they resolved the issue in no time. Thank you for the prompt response.
Don’t subscribe waste of money subscription failed
Paid for the subscription and it's not reflecting in the app, its asking to subscribe again. Paid twice and still not able to watch any content as the subscription is not active.
They don't refund also, please don't subscribe and loose your money. Need apple to remove this app from App Store due to violation of service
