I’ve had a great experience with every Pronto service I’ve used so far. The people assigned have been super diligent and clean. They actually listen if you ask them to focus on specific areas. One guy even cleaned my balcony so efficiently, I was honestly in awe.Given how hectic life can get, I think this is a really solid initiative, especially for something that’s just starting out. More people should definitely try it.I’d give it a full 5 stars once the app experience improves a bit. It’s not bad, but a better tracking feature like knowing exactly when someone’s been assigned or where they are would make it even more seamless.

I recently made a booking on Pronto because my maid wasn’t coming. However, just 2–3 minutes after I made the booking, my maid arrived. I immediately contacted the customer support team and requested a cancellation and refund. The first executive told me that cancellations weren’t possible but I could use the service later or reschedule. After some discussion, they agreed to convert the service to a washroom cleaning and refund the remaining amount.But after this, no one followed up for 40 minutes. I waited online patiently—10 minutes, then 20, then 40—with no response. Finally, another executive connected, but they were clearly in a hurry to cut the call and weren’t willing to listen. They blamed traffic for the delay, which didn’t make sense because it was 2:30 PM in the afternoon and there wasn’t any major traffic at that time. What was more frustrating was the attitude of the support staff. They seemed poorly trained, rushed, and unwilling to offer real help—even when I spoke politely and calmly. The app says the service will start in 10 minutes, but the reality is very different. Waiting 40–50 minutes without any update is not okay.Honestly, I don’t recommend using this app. It’s easier and less stressful to go with local help instead of going back and forth with unhelpful executives who don’t care to resolve your issue.
