Smart meter details not available

Recently there was an update to see smart meter details but whenever I select this option and click on account, it displays error that no smart meter found for this consumer though I am sure recent meter installed is smart meter of avon company. Otherwise it’s working good on my iPhone so far.

WORST SERVICE OF PUNJAB...(PSPCL 1912 PB)

I'm Resident Of City Mahilpur Ward No.3, District Hoshiarpur PB.
The Mahilpur Department Provides Electricity To Our Street Only For EIGHT HOURS. Which We Have Proof And This Happen In Our Street Only, The Other (Part Or Sides) Of Our Ward Have No Any Power Cut Issue,
To Solve This Problem, Our Street Submitted A Demand Letter To The Higher Officials Of The Department. Basically This Is Not A Demand This Is Our Right And We Request To Whole Department Again And Over Again, Even After One Year Has Passed Today (June 2023)
But No Solution Has Been Given by PSPCL PB Yet.
1912 Send Me In Routine Algorithmic Reply "Work In Progress' Work In Progress" Only, But Till Now No Any Solution Given By 1912.

Worst App & Service

Don’t even deserve a single star not a feedback even. Totally waste of time for the consumer. Worst service ever, whenever I called, they blocked my number, no call attendants, no communication, no answer, and later on, marked the complaint as resolved though the complaint was not resolved in actual. Just a new way to harass the consumers through online/app. No one ever came to check what’s the matter is, where the fault is, nothing !
Just harassing & enjoying consumers suffering due to fault from their side.
