While proceeding further in the app, back arrow doesn’t respond.Have to forcible close the App and have to go to the required field.Here also if by chance went wrong , have to repeat all again.Need to correct this.Secondly PSPCL still not operable on UPI. Have to use gateway and pay additional charges on CC

1. After mapping with tenant or secondary mobile number account not showing only displaying that account number already mapped. 2. While registering complaint app must pick the connection location not the mobile location. Or “UPDATE LLOCATION” feature is required for user. 3. In supply status application must select DISTRICT, Division Office & Subdivision office itself. 4. After registering complaints, message of complaint status must go to both mobile numbers. Also after restoration of supply. 5. After registering complaint concerned line man number is also required for followup.

This app is supposed to help with electricity complaints, but it simply does not work. I tried with two different numbers, created accounts on both, and every time I try to register a complaint, it just doesn’t get submitted.The Punjab government promoted this app with advertisements, but now when people actually need it, there is no proper fixing or updates. What’s the point of promoting something that fails at the most basic function?This is the worst experience I’ve had with any government service app. Please fix it immediately, because electricity complaint services are essential for the public. Until then, I do not recommend downloading this app.

I'm Resident Of City Mahilpur Ward No.3, District Hoshiarpur PB.The Mahilpur Department Provides Electricity To Our Street Only For EIGHT HOURS. Which We Have Proof And This Happen In Our Street Only, The Other (Part Or Sides) Of Our Ward Have No Any Power Cut Issue,To Solve This Problem, Our Street Submitted A Demand Letter To The Higher Officials Of The Department. Basically This Is Not A Demand This Is Our Right And We Request To Whole Department Again And Over Again, Even After One Year Has Passed Today (June 2023)But No Solution Has Been Given by PSPCL PB Yet.1912 Send Me In Routine Algorithmic Reply "Work In Progress' Work In Progress" Only, But Till Now No Any Solution Given By 1912.
