Multiple connections holder complaint lodge problem.

Need Improvement.

I had multiple connections on multiple locations. When I need to lodge light complaint, app send complaint to first added connection account number Division & Subdivision Office.

If I need to lodge complaint of other added connection account number, their is no provision to select the other location connection account number to send complaint.

When I try to select other location Division & Subdivision manually, app doesn’t accept manually selected division and subdivision.

Kindly solve the problem.

Worst App & Service

Don’t even deserve a single star not a feedback even. Totally waste of time for the consumer. Worst service ever, whenever I called, they blocked my number, no call attendants, no communication, no answer, and later on, marked the complaint as resolved though the complaint was not resolved in actual. Just a new way to harass the consumers through online/app. No one ever came to check what’s the matter is, where the fault is, nothing !
Just harassing & enjoying consumers suffering due to fault from their side.

Sign up every time

I’ve been using this app for a long time. Earlier the accounts added to the app appeared regularly whenever the app was used but now every time accounts have to be added again whenever we open the app as it always shows the welcome & sign up message every time & asks for the otp.
