Ask me repeatedly information
When I login it asked me again my mobile email and my full name. Then it again asked me to select my ward. Then it is now completely stopped my access.
Did we forget saved image upload!?
I wonder how did you happen to forget to provide an option of uploading an image from Gallery?? Whenever someone logs a complaint, you expect the person to click a picture for upload at the same time / real-time?
It’s a basic requirement of an app wherein I may have a pictures clicked and saved in my gallery which I should be able to upload onto the app whenever I log a complaint.
Other worst part of the app, the PMC staff seem to have an option to close the tickets without having to address it. In which case providing ticket numbers for reference and tracking is of no use, the purpose of the app is diluted!
Outdated technology & dated app version
This app is not updated or Maintenanced for more than almost 2 yrs now. When you try to log complaint the address location service is broken for a long time and you can choose the address location. Due to this you can’t log complaint. This must be maintained by professional organisation and not keep to as is. I am surprised to see one is paying attention when we call Pune as SMART CITY where your basic infrastructure doesn’t work ! Wake up PMC !!!!
