The application has features to enable citizens to pay property, water and other tax. The citizen can access the app to get information on PMC. Complaints can be done regarding issues by citizens. This application required stable internet connection.

When I login it asked me again my mobile email and my full name. Then it again asked me to select my ward. Then it is now completely stopped my access.
Did we forget saved image upload!?
I wonder how did you happen to forget to provide an option of uploading an image from Gallery?? Whenever someone logs a complaint, you expect the person to click a picture for upload at the same time / real-time?
It’s a basic requirement of an app wherein I may have a pictures clicked and saved in my gallery which I should be able to upload onto the app whenever I log a complaint.
Other worst part of the app, the PMC staff seem to have an option to close the tickets without having to address it. In which case providing ticket numbers for reference and tracking is of no use, the purpose of the app is diluted!
This is an amazing initiative
I hope more people use the app rather than complaining randomly
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
