Request arrival and departure information on all Qatar Airways flights and receive updated status information directly on your smartphone via a push message.
Track bag
In cases of delayed or mishandled baggage, you can ensure your baggage’s safe and timely delivery to your destination through tracking its journey using the app.
Privilege Club
Through the mobile app, Privilege Club members can easily:
- Access their dashboard and view account details, latest activities, upcoming trips and more.
- Use the Qcalculator to check the Qmiles and Qpoints that can be earned on flights, as well as the Qmiles required for Award redemption with Qatar Airways and partner airlines.
- Stay up to date with the latest offers from Privilege Club and register for them.

After last update in iPhone finger scan login is not working
App crashing after last update
App keeps crashing after the last update on iOS 12 running on an iPhonex . The only way to get it working is by getting to a specific menu using 3D Touch . And please improve the current flight information with gate numbers and availability of upgrade
Apps keeps asking you to log in
Every single time I open the app, I need to sign in. According to your customer care executive, this is similar to the banking apps, because qmiles is similar to currency it seems. I think you do not understand whether you’ll are an airline or bank. Your app is flawed and not user friendly. Pages do not load and I am constantly made to re add my details.
