Invalid after registration

Registered but not possible to login even after mail verification.
Worried if this app only to collect data.
Expecting this app to be more sophisticated, and can also provide cardless entry using metro app itself .
However Qatar always surprises with hi technology 👍

Still Physical Pepper Metro Card in 2024?

"After 2024, why do they still provide only paper cards? It is possible to make the Metro card a digital card with NFC support, reducing paper waste. Additionally, a feature can be implemented to add the digital NFC card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for convenient phone usage."

I updated my iPhone iOS 14 after that app is not working getting error contact app publisher so kindly check and update it.
