iOS 13.3

It does not connect iPhone and iPad with iOS 13.3 and iPad 13

Developer Response ,

There are a few things you can try:

1. Make sure that your phone is connected via the USB cable with your Macbook.
2. Make sure that you allow your computer to access your phone (there might be a pop up on your phone to “trust this computer”).
3. Make sure that you allowed QuickScreen to access your camera (this seems weird, but it’s required to be able to access the device’s screen); see attached screenshot.
4. Update to the latest version of QuickScreen, iOS, and macOS.
5. Make sure the personal hotspot is not enabled on your phone. This doesn’t seem to work simultaneously (also disable family sharing hotspot).
